"I have been baking with Bob's Red Mill® organic whole wheat pastry flour for some time. I could never get my banana bread recipe right, until now. This is wonderful, easy, and best of all, I make it in my bread machine!"

Ingredients :

• 3 over-ripe bananas, mashed
• 2 eggs
• 3 tablespoons canola oil
• 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
• 2 cups whole wheat pastry flour
• 1 cup chopped walnuts
• 1/2 cup dark chocolate chunks (optional)
• 3/4 cup white sugar
• 1 teaspoon baking powder
• 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
• 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions :

Prep : 10M	Cook : 16M	Ready in : 1H40M

• Combine bananas, eggs, canola oil, and cinnamon in a bread machine; add flour, walnuts, chocolate, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and vanilla extract.
