"This was given to me by a friend. She makes this for sandwiches to be served at showers and parties. It is very refreshing and a great way to use some of those summer cucumbers. Just spread onto bread!"

Ingredients :

• 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
• 1 cucumber - peeled, seeded, and chopped
• 2 green onions (white part only), chopped
• 1 tablespoon milk
• 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
• 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
• 1/4 teaspoon lemon pepper

Instructions :

• Mix cream cheese, cucumber, green onions, milk, mayonnaise, cayenne pepper, and lemon pepper together in a bowl until smooth.
