"My sister and I drink this every day to keep healthy as diabetics. I use a Ninja® blender. Any variety of fruit can be substituted for the blueberries."
Ingredients :
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup almond milk
- 1/4 cup fresh spinach
- 1/4 cup fresh blueberries
- 1 tablespoon grapeseed oil
- 1 tablespoon ground chia seeds
- 1 tablespoon ground flax seed
- 1 tablespoon ground almonds

- Blend yogurt, almond milk, spinach, blueberries, grapeseed oil, chia seeds, flax seed, and almonds together in a blender until smooth.
