"This is a very quick and easy salsa recipe that works great on tacos, fajitas, or just as another dip for chips."
Ingredients :
- 1 mango - peeled, seeded, and diced
- 2 roma (plum) tomatoes, diced
- 1/2 small red onion, diced
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 serrano pepper, seeded and minced, or more to taste
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 lime, juiced
- salt and ground black pepper to taste

- Stir mango, tomatoes, onion, cilantro, serrano pepper, and garlic together in a bowl. Drizzle lime juice over the mango mixture and mix well. Season with salt and black pepper. Refrigerate until flavors blend and salsa is cold, at least 30 minutes.

- If you cannot find a mango, 1 to 2 peaches are a great substitute.
