Winter Refresher Green Smoothie

"A bright and fresh green smoothie sure to blast away the winter blues! Serve over ice."

Ingredients :

  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup fresh spinach leaves, or to taste
  • 1 apple, cored and quartered
  • 1 orange, peeled
  • 1 cucumber, peeled and quartered
  • 1/2 cup cranberries
  • 1 (1/2 inch) piece fresh ginger root, peeled

Instructions :

Prep : 10M Cook : 4M Ready in : 10M
  • Place water, spinach, apple, orange, cucumber, cranberries, and ginger in a blender. Blend on low until just combined; increase speed to high and blend until smooth and liquefied, about 1 minute.

Notes :

  • You can substitute water kefir for the water.
  • For use in a regular blender, chop all ingredients before adding. Add extra water as needed to liquefy.
