Supreme Taco Seasoning

"This is my favorite taco seasoning recipe. Much better than the packet."

Ingredients :

• 1/4 cup chili powder
• 2 tablespoons ground cumin
• 4 teaspoons cornstarch
• 4 teaspoons kosher salt
• 1 tablespoon hot smoked paprika
• 2 teaspoons ground coriander
• 2 teaspoons dried minced onion
• 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper, or more to taste
• 1 teaspoon garlic powder
• 1 teaspoon dried oregano
• 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes

Instructions :

Prep : 5M	Cook : 12M	Ready in : 5M

• Mix chili powder, cumin, cornstarch, kosher salt, paprika, coriander, dried minced onion, cayenne pepper, garlic powder, oregano, and red pepper flakes together. Store in a sealable container.

Notes :

• Use 1 to 2 tablespoons seasoning per pound of meat, poultry, or fish with 1/2 to 3/4 cup liquid.
