- 1/2 orange, peeled
- 1 cup fresh spinach
- 1/2 raw beet, peeled
- 1/3 cup baby carrots
- 1/3 cup cauliflower florets
- 1/3 cup broccoli florets
- 1/4 cup blueberries, or to taste
- 1 stalk celery
- 1/2 lime, peeled
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
Instructions :

- Pour water into the pitcher of a high-powered blender; add the orange, spinach, beet, carrots, cauliflower, broccoli, blueberries, celery, lime, honey, and chia seeds. Blend on high speed until smooth, about 1 minute.
