- 1/3 cup plain fat-free Greek yogurt
- 1/2 frozen banana, cut into chunks
- 1 pinch ground cinnamon
- 1 pinch ground ginger
- 1 pinch ground nutmeg
- 1 pinch ground allspice
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
