Apricot Jell-O®

"This is always a winner and good to the last drop! The Jell-O® has a wonderful texture and, with the Cool Whip®, it can pass for dessert, too. Easiest recipe ever!"

Ingredients :

46 fluid ounces apricot nectar
3 (3 ounce) packages apricot-flavored gelatin (such as Jell-O®
1/2 cup whipped cream, or to taste

Instructions :

Prep : 10M	Cook : 16M	Ready in : 8H15M

Bring apricot nectar to a rolling boil in a saucepan; remove from heat. Stir apricot-flavored gelatin into nectar until dissolved. Pour gelatin mixture into a serving bowl and refrigerate until set, 8 hours to overnight. Top dessert with whipped cream about 2 hours before serving.

Notes :

You can do this with any flavor nectar and Jell-O® (regular or sugar-free). Even mix flavors for fun! Apricot's our favorite.
My dad and mother-in-law are diabetic, so I make this with sugar-free Jell-O®, fruit nectar, and lite Cool Whip® and they enjoy a small bowl of it and love the sweet treat.
