"This is a very light dressing found in some Japanese restaurants."
Ingredients :
- 2 tablespoons mirin (Japanese sweet wine)
- 1 tablespoon champagne vinegar
- 1 1/2 teaspoons sunflower seed oil
- 1 1/2 teaspoons hazelnut oil
- 1 teaspoon white sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon toasted sesame oil
- 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
Instructions :

- Beat mirin, champagne vinegar, sunflower seed oil, hazelnut oil, sugar, sesame oil, and ground ginger together in a bowl until smooth.
- Let dressing sit at room temperature until the flavors blend, at least 30 minutes.
Notes :
- You can use just 1 tablespoon of either sunflower seed oil or hazelnut oil if you don't wish to use the half-and-half mixture of the two.
