"When I saw how well this worked, I decided to mix up a larger batch to have on hand. I've never liked the mixes that have any sort of bean flour in them, and I also found that mixes are expensive so I made my own. Here's what I did."
Ingredients :
- 1 cup white rice flour
- 1/2 cup brown rice flour
- 1/2 cup cornmeal, or as needed
- 5 tablespoons potato starch
- 3 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1 1/2 tablespoons onion powder
- 1 tablespoon seasoned salt (such as Jane's Krazy Mixed-Up Salt®)
- 1 tablespoon ground multi-colored pepper, or more to taste
- 2 teaspoons sea salt, or to taste
- 1 teaspoon paprika

- Combine white rice flour, brown rice flour, cornmeal, potato starch, cornstarch, onion powder, seasoned salt, multi-colored pepper, sea salt, and paprika in an an airtight container or resealable plastic bag.
