- 2 apples, cored and chopped
- 3 ribs celery, chopped
- 1/2 cup cold water, or more as needed
- 2 cups fresh spinach
- 1 bunch fresh parsley
- 1 (1 inch) piece fresh ginger, peeled and chopped
- 1 lime, juiced
- 1/2 lemon, juiced

- Place cucumber, apples, celery, water, spinach, parsley, ginger, lime juice, and lemon juice in a blender; blend until smooth.
