Cholesterol busters! These granola bars are a favorite in my house. Natural ingredients, high in fiber, and are easy to make. Store individually in snack baggies.
Ingredients :
- 3 cups rolled oats
- 1 cup raw wheat bran
- 1 cup unsweetened flaked coconut
- ½ cup raisins
- ½ cup sliced almonds
- ½ cup sunflower seeds
- ½ cup pumpkin seeds
- ¼ cup wheat germ
- 2 tablespoons ground flaxseed
- ½ cup honey
- ½ cup vegetable oil
- ½ cup brown sugar
- ½ cup natural peanut butter
- 1 tablespoon milk
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- ¾ teaspoon baking soda
